
Most mountains in Iceland are formed under glacier with exceptions like Mt. Hekla and few others mountains. We will ride in area around Hekla, volcano sand roads, valleys and river crossing. Magnificent landscape with winding sand and gravel roads.



Day 1:
Meeting and greeting with Biking Viking guide at the airport. Transfer to accommodation in Reykjavik.
Day 2:
First day on the bikes we will ride on the south coast visiting fishing village Eyrarbakki for lobster soup. Heading south we stop at lava cave and sand driving as we enjoy the view to the Atlantic ocean before we arrive at our accmmodation. In the evening we’ll discuss the story or Mt. Hekla, most active volcano in Iceland.
Day 3:
Some people say that the tracks around Mt. Hekla are made for motorbike riders. Mountains, valleys, waterfall, winding gravel and lava roads until we drive up to and on Mt. Hekla to explore the area around this most famous volcano in the country.
Day 4:
After breakfast we will ride to Hjalparfoss-waterfall and visit one of Iceland’s hydro power plant, Burfellsvirkjun. After lunch we will visit hot spring Geysir and waterfall Gullfoss. Riding to Thingvellir National Park before arrive at accommodation down town Reykjavik for optional Spa and dinner in the old part of Reykjavik.
Day 5:
Relaxe at the Blue Lagoon discuss the tour over lunch before we head to the airport. Massage at the Lagoon is optional.
